Coronavirus Update

Dear Customer,

On Monday 23rd March the UK government announced strict measures to tackle the spread of Coronavirus which advised that only work that is deemed 'essential' should continue. Following this announcement we have been contacted by several lenders who have advised that they are temporarily suspending their PPI teams to re-deploy resources to their front line call centres. During this time, Claims Management Companies like ourselves, and customers  will be unable to contact them either by mail or telephone. 

They have advised that as the situation is changing on a daily basis, we will be kept up to date on potential re-instatement of the PPI teams, or indeed, any further periods of closure. 

We understand how frustrating this can be for you, given the lenders have already significantly delayed the process following the FCA enforced end date on the 29th August. However, I am sure you can appreciate that this decision is out of our hands and the lenders have sought the necessary regulatory approval before implementing this.

For the safety of our own colleagues, and to abide by government guidance, our offices will not be manned for the time being. The phone lines will stay open where you will be able to leave a message and a member of staff will call you back within 24 hours. Please be assured that we will continue to pursue your claim through to completion regardless of the further time delay and that we are always on hand to answer any questions.

If you have received correspondence from the lender and you have not heard from us, please contact us either by telephone or email. Any invoices that have been issued can be settled in the normal manner as noted on the letter.
